The Clubhouse and Community Room will be inspected after the event.  If your group cleans the room and leaves it in satisfactory condition, the deposit checks will be returned, less any damage fees, if applicable. If damages exceed the deposit, the repairs will be contracted and billed to the owner sponsoring the event.
