3 Ways to Pay Your Monthly Condo Fees
1. Coupon Book. Send payment and supplied coupon to the address supplied on the coupon. If you have lost your coupon book, please contact Lynda Brady at 410-643-5192 or email office@queenslanding.org.
2. Direct Debit from your checking or savings account. Download Direct Debit Application Form.
3. Bill payor service through your bank account. Payment should be sent to: Queen’s Landing Condominium, Inc., c/o Legum & Norman, Inc., Resorts P.O. Box 66215 Phoenix, AZ 85082-6215

Certificate of Insurance Request
If your bank or mortgage company needs a certificate of insurance, you can request one by going to www.manougianinsurance.com. Click on the "Request a Certificate of Insurance" link. You will need to fill out a request form and the certificate will be mailed within 3 days or you can pay $50.00 for rush service.
